I agree with you- she should not have to pay for the damages that her salon made to the dress-- but, I also think she needs to investigate options re: fixing it on her own, or at least taking it somewhere else, and having them pay for it..

If I was her, I would rip someone a new one!

Deb I'm so with you this is a mortal sin what has been done to this bride and i would so go out of my way to help if I can.
