I'm SOOO Mad @ Britney Spears' Family!!!!
they/or she is selling their Louisiana home... and their DOGS are included!!!!!!!! 2 guard dogs, i forget their breed and their Yorkie, "Baby"  thats sooooo sada. who does that?!?!?! I can MAYBE understand a guard dog... but thats STILL pushing it!

I'm so sorry to be blunt, but does it really surprise you considering the daughter they raised? It's unfortunate that Brittany is adored by so many young girls and she is such a horrendous role model.
If they can sell their animals with their home apparently they don't love them very much. Hopefully people more devoted to them will buy them, love them, and care for them properly.

i just think its so sad. the poor dog is such a novelty.... i notice she does this alot, i always see her getting new little dogs... but never know where the old ones go. Poor Bitzi, or "Baby". As for being a role model, she doesnt want to be one, people need to realize that and NOT let their young kids try to be like her. Everything she does proves she doesnt want to be one, she even says she doesnt. I think she should be able to live her life without worrying what the nedia/public will think. We all have that, she should be able to as well  but the whole selling the dogs with the house is retarded and cruel. i think the SPCA is getting involved now.

I think that is terrible.
But as far as her being a role model, and you saying "we have that, she should too",
I disagree. That is the name of the game when you are a celebrity. I have my privacy, but I also don't have millions of dollars. She does because all those little girls buy her records, and I think she kind of owes them something. JMO

i see your point and agree to an extent yes she should, but i can only imagine that it must be tought to live in the limelight and that she kinda just wants to have a normal private life... . i think shes kind of "over" be a role model.

I totally agree. She chose her career, it didn't choose her. With her success comes notoriety and publicity. She can't have it both ways. She likes the attention and the money, but she has to hone up to the fact that young girls admire her and want to be like her. They do copy her clothes and her style, and some will come to accept her behavior as the norm - whether it's her attitude towards guys, marriage, clothing, or pets! Regardless of what parents say or do, some young girls have their own minds in what they like and will follow the trend.
PS - edited to say SOME. Of course this does not apply to all young girls, but some are very impressionable and want to be popular as they see she is.
