Is is really rude to use labels for the STD envelopes...

my FH and I have been trying to get our printer to print on the envelopes that came with the STDs... its just not working and we are ruining the envelopes. Would you be insulted if you received a STD with a clear label???

Well, I would not be insulted one bit! I sent my STD's out last week with labels on them instead of directly printing on the envelope. I think its totally fine!

Not at all! I hand wrote mine because I didn't want to figure out how to print them

NOt for save the dates. It is so hard to print on the enevelopes. I am thinking of labels too

I am getting ready to send out my STDs.. I got clear labels and found a font that is very close to the font used on the STD's and on the return address already printed on the envelopes..

Hi where did you find clear labels? I used the white address labels they came out fine, i used calligrapher font.

I got the clear labels at Staples.. make sure you buy the right kind- depending on what kind of printer you have-- ink or laser jet.

I just printed some out and put them on-- they look really nice. Better than I thought. You can barely see the label-- it is almost like scotch tape.
