Making a digital pic into a card

I have a digital picture that I want to make into a thank you card for my wedding - I want a foldover card - 'hallmark' style - my photographer charges $1.50 a card to make them - I think that price is high - does anyone know where else I can get these made..??

You could try making them yourself if you have a photo program... Or I would check out CVS or Eckerd type places. I know they do the photo Christmas cards, they might be able to do that for you too.
