is this okay for a Sunday night wedding...

it's on November 7

This is the same top part as the dress. The whole black part of the top is covered with black sparkley thingies...

But, the dress has a black, satin, A-line skirt (this pic is of the pantsuit)

If you would wear it to a Saturday night wedding, then it's fine. If not, then no - Sunday night is as formal as Saturday night.

I want to make sure that no one thinks I am trying to dress inappropriately for this wedding. I (and everyone else) who saw this bride at MY wedding thought that she was wearing hooker boots. Some people made a pretty big deal about it...

This is not the same as hooker boots, trust me. If that's what you're going on, wear it.

look at it this way...there will always be underdressed people
i think that is plenty fancy for a Sunday night.........for a Saturday night you could get away with unless it was a formal wedding
