anyone know any CSW's in Suffolk County?

I'm in school studying psychology so its hard for me to go to someone because I never feel they help. I wanna pay myself the co-pay and talk it out aloud..lol
BUT...I'm having a very hard time emotionally right now. I am having panic attacks that I havent had in over a year or so and its making me feel like a failure not getting done the things I need to get done.

Anyone know of anyone?
