oh wow....florist drama again........

So, i Posted the other day to say that I went to the florist and the samples were not ready....well I aws told to come back on friday and they would be all ready.....the lady said that she would make sure the flowers were in full bloom so that i got the full effect....well, the centerpiece was half way done, and the bouqet was not put together when i got there....the lady that was supposed to do it 'went home sick' according to the owner...and 'didnt come in today' according to someone else......so anyway, one of the girls (really nice!) put together the bouqet....but the flowers were not full because the lady had never left them out (she told me she would take them out thurs night to make sure they were beautiful).....i said to the girl, im sorry, but you can see why im upset,....ive been getting the run around.....so then i hear the owner (he was less than 2 feet in front of me) on the phone with the woman who was supposed to make my order----he asks her the question about keeping the flowers out so that they would be full....so then he says to her' well i guess we lost the sale so im not even going to bother'!!!!!!!!!!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...i cant tell you how mad i am!!!

It sounds like it's time to find a new florist. Do you have a contract with them?

Wow, how unprofessional! You are definitely not getting the service you deserve. If possible, I would try to find another florist. Have you left any deposits? Will they refund them?

Oh no...that is bad. I hope you find someone you are happy with. there are so many florists out there, you will find one. I think at this point I wouldnt even want to deal with that place though.

2nd time in one week that I went, and they were not ready,...and no, I dont have a contract with them....just always had the idea that I was going to use them....
