De Ja Vu Photographers... Has anyone used them? ANy feedback would be great !
Hi Ladies!
I had my first photographer meeting tonight and it was with De Ja Vu in Mineola. Has anyone used them? Heard anything about them? Thanks in advance for the honest opinions!

I went to them also...they were ok. One of my friends used them and didn't have anything great to say about them. She told me not to use them. But that was just her.
I ended up with Silverfox.

We met with them. They were ok. I wasn't wowed by their work. A little too traditional. Also, you don't necessarily meet with the person who photographs your wedding until after you book. I wasn't comfortable with that. My friend used them for them for her wedding. She liked them.

we are using 12th night but De Ja Vu calls my cell phone at least once a week - even though I tell them eveytime that we already have a photographer

its funny b/c we had the complete opposite experience w/them. we loved them and booked them the same week. we liked them b/c the guy we met with build a package based on what we wanted. not like some places that the package is this for this much and this is all you get. just keep an open mind and don't sign anything when you go. i don't mean specifically for de ja vu, but any vendors really. good luck
