Hi! She is getting divorced and was going to have to sell, however, they've come to an agreement and she is able to keep the house!! Unfrotunately, her tenants have already found someplace to live. From what I hear, they loved your place, just found a place for cheaper (and I'm sure not nearly as nice!)

I was disappointed last night and shocked that you would do that to a fellow LIW girl.

OMG, I would never do that!!!!!!!! As I said, they were actually good tenants, just with the whole divorce situation, she wanted the apt. empty before she started bringing real estates in.

Luckily, my soon to be ex BIL has decided to be alittle bit less of an a$$ and not have his children move out of their home.
