Re: A bit early maybe... Christmas Trees?
We were at Franks' over the weekend. They didn't have the trees out yet and they are only discounting 10% which really isn't much.We want a really nice tree and want to get a deal on it so we don't pay an arm and a leg.

Re: A bit early maybe... Christmas Trees?
We bought ours at Fourtunoff's. It is prelit (i know call us lazy, but the lights always look perfect
). We are very happy with it, i think we paid $399 which does sound high but i believe there was a warrenty that came with it and it comes in 3 pieces. When we were in the apartment we only put 2 pieces because the tree would have taken up to much room so this year is the first year we can put all 3 since we are in the house. They have alot to choose from and some of them really do look real. My mother, who while i was growing up always bought real trees, thought it was real! If you want I can find out the brand.

Re: A bit early maybe... Christmas Trees?
We used to get ours at harrows, then we switched to getting real ones (this is my parents)...I think me and FH willl get an artificial this year, b'c the apt is small, and I'm still so nervous in it and worried about fire...it may be irrational, but...
Day after xmas is a great diea, but then what do we do this year?

Re: A bit early maybe... Christmas Trees?
I like the idea of buying after X-Mas but DH wants a tree for this year. We are only moving in mid-November so maybe he'll give in and be happy w/a X-Mas village this year and we'll have a new tree for next year. Thanks for all your ideas.
