Meeting w/ Florist... but have a color scheme question!!

Ok, I'm meeting w/ the Florist today (Finally) but i'm still undecided about so many things. Anyway, here's my main issue. I need your advice on how you think this would look: (i can't post pics b/c i'm at work, but the pics of the BM dresses and the crystal bo-k's are in my album if you want to check it out)

My BM dresses are Red, I'm most likely going to do the Crystal bo-k's for them. Now, i was still thinking that for myself, i wanted to do like the Hot pink colored roses (straight cut stem, no fillers). now the problems:
1. Would it look bad for me to have hot pink flowers (like in the photos, say) with the BM dresses being red (does that not match)?

2. Should i have the hot pink as the boutenierres, or the crystals?

3. I found another type of bouquet for myself that i loved... i think it was like white roses and light pink peonies, but then would it look silly for me to have the hot pink roses as the centerpieces?

ahhhhhhhh i need help TIA!!!

Re: Meeting w/ Florist... but have a color scheme question!!

1) From the pic in your album, it looks like there's a bow wrapping the bottom of the crystal bouquets--maybe you could have red and hot pink ribbon intertwined to wrap the BM's bouquet so it coordinates with your hot pink bouquet.

2) It would be cute if your GM matched the BM and had the crystal bouts and your FH had a hot pink bout to match you

3) It wouldn't look stupid at all. The ceremony and reception flowers do not have to match at all! You can do 2 completely different looks IMO as long as it's the same kind of 'style'.

Hope this helps!!!

If it helps, I love the way red and hot pink look together. It is such an interesting combo.

would it be too much if you had a smaller pink rose with a few crystals around it for the GM's?
that way it could pick up both color and crystal.

Love the red and pink. Susan Lucci's daughter Liza Huber was married earlier this year and used red and pink as her BM dresses and flowers. Some BM's wore red dresses and some wore hot pink dresses. It looked fabulous! It was in the last issue of InStyle Magazine.
