Anyone doing the South Beach Diet?

I have been doing it for 3 weeks tomorrow and lost 10 lbs and inches. I had to get new pants. Im very excited but afraid to go off phase 1 but I cant do it for 6 months, so my question is anyone doing it did you start to have sugar free cookies and stuff for your cravings? or what did you do?
