Justice of the Peace please!

I can't remember if I posted this already, but I am in need of a charismatic, energetic justice of the peace to preside over my ceremony. FH and I are interfaith and not religious, so we wanted middle ground. We are afraid of hiring one that is dull and monotone, and we wanted one who would conduct a great ceremony. Any recommendations?!?!? Thank you!!!

Did you ask the catering hall? A lot of them have names of ones that they work with.
