Review and Pics from a Wedding at Bridgeview Yacht Club

I dont know if anyone is getting married there or not, but I thought it might help someone.
THis wedding had close to 300 people. It was a tent outside the building where the cocktail hour was. Right on the water, the lights reflecting off it were really nice....

The food was ok, they had a flavored vodka shot bar which we LOVED. We spent the majority of the cocktail hour at it. I heard there was a martini bar, but it was too far away from where I was standing to get to. The cocktail hour food was delicious, eggplant rollatini (sp?)-yum!

The reception was soooo much fun, we danced the entire night (I REALLY wish they didnt have a videographer LOL) and to my surprise I think it was the cheeesy songs that made it so fun. My husband was making fun of me the next day 'remember how crazy you were dancing to the Venga Bus song?' UM yeah unfortunatly I do-which is why the videographer must be killed and the tape destroyed LOLLOL. I really suggest playing those types of songs after dinner when everyone has been drinking b/c those are real crowd pleasers when everyone has had a few and they want to dance.

The other songs that everyone liked was Can't help myself..., just b/c I ain't go money, I'm so in love with you honey... the way you look tonight... some barry white songs- I'll try to think of others.

Great pictures! The place looks so big and I am sure the vodka bar had something to do with the infamous Venga Bus dancing

Thanks for posting Beth. I was their while CH was going on in the reception room.

My mom hadn't seen the place set up, so they told us we could go and peak.

LOL YEAH NO PICTURES of that dancing! LOL

I forgot to add that they had a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. That was great and so much fun!!!! Definitly worth the extra cash!

I would say the price range can be from 90-200 per person, even more. It's just like all the other places. Time of year, amount of people that you guarantee.
