Update....from Car Accident last week

Well, I am fine.

My car was supposed to be done today, but it seems as though there were some problems with getting one of the airbags replaced and it 'may' be done by the weekend. I can't afford to keep payng for the rental, that is what is not being covered by my insurance company. So, if it not done by friday, I am without a car until my car is fixed.

Then I get a call from my insurance company that there is an injury claim now. By who? The women not only walked away fine she was worried about me because my hand was almost burned off by the airbag! So now she is claiming who knows what. I know that you can hurt from an accident days later, but if saw what little, and I mean little damage was done to her car, you would understand why I am reacting the way I am. You could not even tell she was in an accident. It looked more like I grazed her car then anything, I had much more damage to my car

I hope you get your car back soon!! And don't worry about the other lady, thats what insurance is for to take care of that. Sadly, some people see dollar signs immediately and fake an injury, thats why insurance is so much money!!

Seriously, my first car accident messe de up and I had $9K in damage on my car.

My second accident was a rear end and there was basically no damage to my car and I did walk away fine, with a headache, and that's it...BUT, it messed me up SO MUCH. And there's no damage to the car...If you get hit at 5 mph your neck snaps at 700mph, so just b/c there was no car dmaage doens't mean she wasn't hurt! Butit's ok. your insurance company will take care of it!

This is not my first accident, but she is 70 years old and like I said she was going slow and did not want to get stuck behind that guy making the left so instead tried to get into the right lane even thought she was already slowing down because she was so clse to the guy making the left. I was further behind her going same speed as traffic and had time to get into the right lane got into right lane, but she got in front of me going much, much slower them me and I did not have time to slow down.

Whether I am right wrong or indifferent, at this point I am frustrated!

And then I get Jury Duty for next week, well call in! Argh........I need a vacation

I can't believe you live so close to me! That is too funny! At least yours will be early and you save on postage, right? I left my mailbox open for you. My mailbox is not doing well, i think it is on its last legs.
