In style maternity clothes??? Is that possible???

I've been looking at maternity clothes on line and BLECH!! Everything looks so frumpy. Is there a place to buy clothes that are in style??? TIA!!

Mimi has really nice clothes, motherhood does too but you gotta really search for it. Pea in a pod (www.maternitymall.com) has some nice clothes too but tend to be kinda expensive

I shop at gap and Old Navy for clothes. Mostly Gap though.

Have you looked in H&M - not a large selection but has some in style casual type clothes. I bought a few tanks for under things, some cords and a sweater and they all are normal looking. Pea in the Pod in Macys in NYC has some nice stuff but the real good looking stuff is more than I want to spend. I keep finding decent casual clothes but can't find stuff I like for work. I haven't started wearing much maternity yet but will need too soon and I can't find anything really appropriate for work that doesn't have bows or frill in the front! I wish I could just wear casual clothes to work.

PS - I also found clothes that were a size or two bigger worked great for me - esp since my belly isn't getting big fast but my hips and butt sure did....I did that for my jeans and pants and skirts. I started that at week 8 and am still wearing most of them now at week 24....

I bought a pair of jeans at H&M Maternity (downstairs in the Roosevelt Field Mall) and really like them. That's all I can add right now since I'm not even big yet - just outgrew my regular jeans over a month ago so needed to do something for weekend wear....

there's a maternity outlet on 57th and 5th that carries mimi, motherhood and pea in the mod (same as the brands stacey mentioned) that has some nice stuff.

but you really have to wade through it.
