My October 9 review - Manor East - NOW WITH PICS

My October 9 review - Manor East - NOW WITH PICS

Sorry it's been so long but I'm busier now then before the wedding....HA!!!

My Dress - Carmella's Bridal Garden in Huntington
I cannot say enough great things about this place. Carmella gave me such personalized service and did a fabulous job on the dress. she even go teary eyed when I came to pick up the dress before the wedding!!

BM Dresses - Bridal Suite of Patchogue - Although this place gave us teh best price for the dresses their service is not so great. They originally told me they would ship dresses to BM's out of state but then when the dresses came in they told me they didn't do that. The alterations team isn't too good either. First of all, they don't understand English, so it;s difficult to communicate what exactly you want. Also, they completely ruined on girl's dress and suggest she velcro the dress together, 'Are you kidding me???' They wouldn't give her her money back and she wound up having to pay another seamstress to fix the mess-ups at Patchogue.

Rehearsal Dinner - Rana's in Merrick
One word: YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place did an excellent job!

Make-Up: All for You Day Spa in Holtsville
OK....she kept stopping to talk on the phone and chat with someone who came in. In the end she did a good job on all the girls.

Photography - Patken Frank did an incredible job, you wouldn't have even know he was ther. Plus I already have my proofs back and they look great

Video - Patken Tony did a great job as well although I haven't seen the final version.

DJ - Then Til Now Steve started out a little slow playing oldie songs, but had everyone dancing all night long and everyone raved about him.

Manor East - GREAT JOB!!!! Melinda was outstanding. I never had an empty glass neither did my husband. The only problem was it took a very long time to get the food out. Other than that the place was incredible, the food was delicious and the they gave me everything they promised and more.

Limos - Atlantis - I cannot stress enough how disappointed we were with their services. It's a very long story and if you need more details FM me but in the end we had to stop payment on our credit card and we are now taking them to small claims court.

Honeymoon - Sandals Ocho Rios. We were supposed to be in Negril but they are closed down till November 18. We very happy here and had a great time. The staff is soooooooo accomodating and we met a lot fo cool people.

I think that's about it...if I left anyone out, let me know. And if you need any more info on my vendors FM me!!!

We wre in the Tiffany Ballroom. I absolutely loved it there and my guest are still raving. Michael was wonderful, and Melinda the day of was outstanding!!!!!!

I totally agree about bridal suite of patchogue. They are the worst. We had the same problem with shipping and alterations.
Thank god I didn't get my dress from them.
