For the wedding day ?? FH hates my hair straight (even put up) and i'm not really sure i'm comfortable w/ it either - i don't feel like 'me' .......any suggestions ?? I think you can see my mane in my profile pic

Ahhhh I've been waiting for one of these posts...

I have no choice but to wear it curly - it has a little mind of its own. I have grown to love my curls.

I went to a few websites this afternoon getting info on LI hair salons that are certified to cut curly hair. (I'm not kidding... there are places like this)

Do you have ideas or pics.

so - I'm going to visit 3 places I found online today...

they are 'curl certified' - I'm just going to visit and see what they can show me / suggest. Then if I like them - I will set up a trial.

From your posts / pics it seems like you change your hair alot.

You don't have all that many options with curly hair - hence our wedding day dilemma

i love big curls though

but i know curly hair is alot more work.... so i guess i'm lucky in ways... yeah i dye and bleach it ALOT!

Trust me - you dont want curly hair!!!!!!!!

Ronkonomonga - how curly is my hair!?!?!?

My hair stylist for the wedding day suggested we straighten my hair and then style it and then curl it with a curling iron rather than use my natural curls. All because, as you curly haired girls know, the more you 'touch' the curls and mess with them, the frizzier they get!
