Hi there,
I just had my wedding reception at Chateau Briand on October 10th. I can honestly say that the place was wonderful. They are somewhat expensive but you get quality. I had so many people say wonderful things about the place and the food. I did not eat much that day but they are known for having great food. They were a pleasure to work with and helped me out every step of the way.
I do not regret my choice and would recommend them to anyone. My wedding day was great and I have Chateau Briand to thank for making my wedding day so wonderful.

I second Chateau Briand. Had my wedding there 2 years ago and I am still getting rave reveiws from guests.

They did a fantastic job.

This is just my opinion. I'm sorry if I offend anyone. I am jsut very picky when it comes to the food.


I have been to the CB several times and think its is very nice. I like how the CH is in the Eurpoa room. Very roomy and cozy and lots of space for all the guests to sit. My only complaints about the CH hour were:
1. the calamari was really tough. They usually make it really well, but this last time it was really bad.
2. The people who man the stations did not what they were serving. I asked what the sauce was and the guys like 'i'm not really sure'. They should know!
3. The passed hors'dorves (i know I messed that spelling up) only came around twice and they were the sme exact thing.

The main course was good. They had 6 choices and I got the salmon. My salmon was yummy. The potato was half mashed in a half a baked potato. Honestly, the potato was dry! I went there last winter and they had a potato croqutte. that was awesome. If you can choose, I would get that.

The party was in the Normandy room. Nice and clean and the service was very good. They came around with seconds if anyone wanted.

The bathrooms were clean, but they have the lady there with the tip basket and I don't like that b/c I never bring my bag in and then I feel bad not leaving her a tip.

The cake was cheesecake and it was great.

My major issue with CB is that they have 2 or 3 other events going on at the same time. This made the valet crowded and I kept running into the other brides.
