Co-worker gifts?

Ok, I just started working for a new company this year, and I recently found out that instead of doing a secret santa type of thing, everyone buys something for everyone in the office. It's fine by me money wise, we have a fairly small office, I just have no idea what to get these people.
So, I have two questions:
1)What, if anything are you buying for your co-workers? (especially for the guys)
and
2) Do you know of any good stores or websites that have nice things in the $15-$30 range?

I'd rather stay away from food/wine, but I'm open to all suggestions! Thanks!

go to kohls they have sales all the time or check out wal-mart they are reasonable too. for guys you can get them a wallet a reasonable price. and maybe a penset. for girls I would say candles and maybe for the guys you can also get gloves. gl.
