I will NEVER shop at Linens N things again!

In Oct, they were doing a 'get a $20 rebate when you spend $40 on Farberware.'

So, I filled everything out. One of the pieces of bakeware did not have the UPC, so I wrote a little note about that.

Anyway, I get an email today saything that I didn't follow the directions and I'm not getting the rebate! I responded to the email requesting that they mail me back everything that I sent them.

The email address they used wasn't valid. So, I emailed LNT throught their 'help' site and they wrote back that they can't help and that I have to deal with the rebate center. GRRR!

So, I call over there and they aren't open. I am SO freaking mad!

Those rebates are a pain! I've missed a few cause they say I did something wrong, so I try to remember that when I buy anything witha rebate offer.
Doesnt sound like it was L & T's fault though, the rabte center YES.

i love linens and things doesnt sound like their fault it sounds like farberwares rebate center.

But, it's the 'Linens N Things Rebate Center' That was where I sent all of the info. That's exactly what the rebate form said. And, now the store is acting like they are completely unrelated to it...

Well no offense but common sense is they have to attach their name to it for sales sakes, but it must be run by a private company. Be glad it wasn't a $100 rebate ya know? But money is money so you have a right to be upset about losing any of it.
