Went to a wedding at PJCC/Lombardi's on the sound..
It was great!!!This is my unbiased review to help brides so if I say something was not so good, its only to help brides not yet married there...
PRO's- THE FOOD....the cocktail hour had more food then I have ever seen, and it was amazing. Truly the best food I can remember ever having at a wedding
-The dinner selection was great, the portion sizes were HUGE...I mean a LOT of food, I only ate 1/3 of mine.
Something to remember..you can take the food from dinner you dont want home with you.
-the hall itself is beautiful, its decorated wonderfully!
CONS-
-Consider having menu's. The wait staff was a little overwhelmed and a lot of people had others ordering for them because they were at the bars and they didnt annouce that dinner orders were being taken, or have the DJ make an announcement
-Find out what other events are on your day and advise your photgrapher. There was a Christmas party in the upstiars room starting at 7:00 ( our ch started at 8) . There are not many places inside for pictures and the bride had a hardtime taking pictures in the lobby because their were guests coming in for the other party and the photgrapher kept having to stop so other people werent in the pictures.
-MAKE a bathroom basket. There was not an attendant or a basket and people wished there had been.
-Have them tunr the heat on in the bathroom. It was so cold in there we were shivering and were avoiding going in there. They stated a request for heating had to be made, they keep the A/C on for sanitary reasons or whatever.
-Finally and most important, MAKE your OWN direction cards. The ones they gave out are not very good. For those who have been there, you know it is VERY hard to get to with all the windy roads etc. At night it was truly scary. The block that you need to turn down off 347 is not marked. There were a LOT of late people and people complaining all night about the directions. Not something you want people to be worried about. MAke more specific direction cards and that should not be an issue.
I hope this helps some....It is a beautiful place, they throw an amazing affair...You PJCC brides will have a blast!!!

Thanks so much for taking the time to post the feedback, both good and bad. It's so helpful to know the details that you should pay attention to so everyone (bride, groom, guests) have a good time. Great tip about the direction cards...it's a tough one even in the daytime and I grew up out there...Welcome New Vendors
