DID anyone see the cover of the Daily news today?

On the cover there was a picture of a couple they guy had just asked his girlfriend to marry him. The ring cost 13,000.00 and it was dropped into a martini glass at a bar. It was Nice but Just wondering why it had to be put on the cover of the paper?

I saw that on the news this morning. Now it is on the menu of that restaurant I guess??? That is what I understood, but I was half asleep
