Can Anyone Recommend a Nice Restaurant (preferable Italian) on the South Shore? (pref. Western Suffolk)

I want to get a restaurant gift certificate for someone & they live in the Bayshore area.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

In Babylon there is Gemelli's & Pete's Pasta.
In Islip there is Nuovolari.

Mama Lombardi's is always good.

Also the Italian place diagonally across from Gemelli's in Babylon is good ... I forget the name right now.

AND -- Vinnie's Mulberry Street in Islip.

Tudesco's is great. I wish FH and I could go there more, but they're closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (our days off from work).
