My co-workers got me sick, and I start my new job monday.....

I have been working off the books for my mother's company while waiting for a civil service job-which has just come thru...and my doppy co-worker came in sick the end of last week...hacking and sneezing all over the place....and he was not respecting the addition personal space required when you are sick. So, I started to feel it over the weekend, it was really bad yesterday and today it's even worse.....and he left early today to go to the dr's, and they told him he has bronchitis, a sinus infection, and ear infection, and the tested him for strep....he's like a petri dish.
So, now I am sick....I feel like hell, and I start my new job monday...I have no health benefits now, or for the next three months....GRRRR, I could cry......

When he comes into work with the medicine his doctor gave to him...steal it! Seems justifiable to me.

Don't you love people who come in all sick and decrepid and impose their germs on you?? I have neighbors like that - one ahole was exposed to menengitis and she wanted to hold my two week old baby. Are you mad woman?!?

I am debating taking an old penicillin Rx...but I know that I'll be drug tested...will they ask to see an Rx for anything in my system? probably.....

Just hurry up and feel better. try to rest whenever possible, this week. Good luck on your new job.
