Ladies, pray for me.

I am going to be applying to a few schools so I can finish my degree, starting in the fall. I am applying to Pace, NYU and Queens.

What are you going to get your degree in?

Well for the past 10 years I have been going to school part time on and off for business. Then I realized the reason I wasn't doing well and didn't really care about my classes was because I hated wht I was doing. I was being practical, because a business degree is probably the most flexible one you can have. But I really love the written word so I am gonna finish my degree majoring in English. I am very excited.

Okay, let me just say how happy I am for YOU!! You sound like a mirror of me. I was 'forced' by parents to pursue a business degree and wound up dropping out of college because I HATED IT!!!! I LOVE the written word, love literature, love language. If I ever went back to school I would definitely pursue a degree in English. So please know that since it's probably not going to happen for me, I am definitely pulling for YOU.

Hey! I am applying to NYU too!

I hope we both get in! That way, we will go to school at the same place, and get married in the same place

I don't know why that makes me happy.. but it does..

Goof Luck with everything! I graduted with my Masters last January in Library Science and I must say that I was very proud of myself! Lol. It's alot of work. Good for you! I'm glad you're doing something for you.
