Going for the first time tomorrow to look at homes....

I'm so excited!!! Okay, though, not sure what to look for...I'm sure my DH will know, but is there anything you would say to definately check out, avoid saying or doing....any advice would be great!!!

i am VERY critical when i house hunt. i don't verbalize it, but internally i make note of EVERYTHING. look for the obvious (cracked walls and ceilings, windows, siding/shingles, wood floors, property size, SD, location, floor plan, closet space, # of bdrms and bths). these are the BIGGIES to me. decor, appliances, amenities (CAC, CVAC, IG pool) can be changed/added.

i even go so far as noticing door handles, hardware on cabinets, mouldings, electrical outlets, light switches etc.
