Great Recipe...EAsy too...good for a gift...Cranberry Apple Bread

2 cups peeled and chopped apples (any kind)
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp vegetable oil ( I used olive, it's all I had)
1 large egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1.2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup cranberries (I used fresh)

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan.
Combine apples, suga, and oil in a medium bowl. Add Egg, mix well.

Combind dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add to the apple mixture. Stir in cranberries.

Bake about 1 hour or until toothpick comes clean.

(Mine baked for about 45 minutes)
