NWR - Recipe help!

This is my last resort - I've looked all over the internet for this recipe and I'm frustrated b/c it is SO good and I can't find it.

I used to have (cannot find) a Pampered Chef Season's best cookbook - probably from around summer 2003 I think... anyway, at a few parties I've been to in the past the rep made this apple ring that is amazing - I even made it myself, but have since lost my recipe book. I'm going to describe the recipe the best I can... there are a few recipes like it on the web - but not the right one.

Basically it's pillsbury cressant rolls - the ones that are triangles when you roll them out. Then you roll out each triangle, add some cream cheese filling, apples then you fold over each triangle and it makes a nice shape - then you can add a little icing and almonds. Anyway, anyone have any idea about this? I hate searching forever on the web only to come out empty handed - very frustrating.

Thanks in advance for help with this.
