OMG, I want this house!

I contacted the buyer and told her that we will be in Florida in Febrary and if it's available, we will want to look at it.

It's 3 Br, 1 Ba, 2 car garage, on a double corner lot in Tampa. Central heat and air. And it's only $80K right now. It would be a fabulous vacation house. I want it I want it I want it. The only thing I am concerned with is the neighborhood.

Does anyone have a lost of questions I should be asking before we even look at it? I have never bought a house before.

Always check on warantees, inspections, closing costs, move in availability, stipulations, what the sellers are requiring, etc. I believe there are websites out there that give you lists of questions, otherwise, your library will probably have books detailing the buying process. Good luck! Its so exciting!
