Wow... so what's the record for most rescheuled closings

So, it was supposed to be Nov. 22, then Dec 17, then Dec. 23, then Dec 29, now it looks like it will be Dec 31

I feel really bad though, because I was supposed to help - but now I'll probably be on my way back to VA before the move. oy vey.

Oh, I completely sympathize. It took us a good month of changing of the dates before its all set in stone but just wait until you have those papers in hand and you become home owners!!!!!!! There's nothing better!

Wow! That stinks! There's always drama surrounding closing. The day that we closed, the lawyer called us up 20 minutes before we were supposed to close to ask us if we had $5000 extra. We were like 'ummm no!' It all worked out, but it was good for about an hour of freaking out!

Usually you have to close with in one month of the closing date which is stated on your contract. What date was that?

i have no idea... it's my parents who are moving... i think they said something about the 15th of january... it's the guy that's buying the house from the people buying our house that keeps fouling everything up.
