so I returned my china at Fortunoffs today (b4 the fire)

They were so nice! I felt tears in my eyes as I was waiting in line. I should have taken someone with me but I just wanted to get it over with.

At first the woman said she couldnt take it back- the policy is 90 days... As soon as she said that, the tears flowed down my cheeks. She felt so bad! I asked if I could speak to a manager and she called one right away. The manager was so nice. I explained my story and she said as long as the pattern is not discontinued, theyll take it all back! I was so happy and relieved!!! I didnt have place settings, my pattern was an open stock and I didnt get much for my wedding but the pattern was $$.
I got a $558 credit!!!

I am going to buy myself a nice piece of jewelry come the new year!!!

i am glad they took back the china that so awesome that you got a nice amount credit back! you deserve it go buy yourself a nice necklace and a matching bracelet to go with it.
