I dont know if anything actually works, but I liked cocobutter everyone told me it worked it seemed to but who knows. I can tell you one thing I had a nice smooth tummy

Good genetics are the only thing that will prevent them. You can try vitamin E, cocoa Butter and all the lotions in the world. if your going to get them then your going to get them!
