help me! Clueless about flowers...centerpieces..need to interview florists...what do I say...

I know I like this one centerpiece (it really hit me) but everything else just seems plain old nice to me.

I don't know the difference between flowers at all.

I am really not that creative when it comes to arrangements, what I would like to encorporate into my arrangement, centerpieces, etc.

I don't know my color scheme for wedding yet either.

I want to book my florist to 'cross it off the list'...but I feel that I may be wasting their & my time by visiting them.

Besides prices, what soughts of things should i be looking for in a florist?
