Need help on deciding when to send out wedding invites and what the RSVP date should be.....

Hi Everyone -

HELP!! I will totally appreciate any/all suggestions on this:

Wedding date is July 15th 2005 -

A)About when should I mail out the invitations?

B)What should the RSVP date be??

Please keep in mind that I have a small B List and if I have to send any of them an invite, I don't want them to get it too close to the wedding date.
