Digital Photography - fading?

Does digital albums fade? Any experts here?

i dont' believe in our lifetime it would fade. These books are gonna be kept a little cooler climate and dark and hopefully sealed until it needs to be out. with those conditions. Anything will fade if you leave it in the light/heat/sun etc...

I read on another post someone said to ask if they use archival paper. I'll look into it and let everyone know .

I know you can get the proofs on a dvd but doing the actual work to redo the albums might be super expensive. Who knows what tech. we will have in the future.

You have to ask them how it's printed. Most high quality photographers will still print digital prints on archival photograhic paper, so it'll be an actual photograph, not something you'd pring out on your computer.HTH

I meant that later on if they fade that having them redo it might be exp. Not us doing our own wedding albums.
