NWR Posting pictures

I am having such a difficult time posting pictures. Can someone please explain it to me step by step. I still can't believe that even after almost 300 posts, i still have not mastered this!!!!! HELP!!!!

First you have to have your pictures saved in your computer and at the bottom of the post where it says attach images, you press browse and will take you to the file where your pictures are and that's it. I hope this helps.
