Advice needed-dress dilemma
Okay ladies,I have found my dress and I absolutely love it but I have not made the deposit because it only comes in 'natural' which pretty much looks like ivory.
Here's the problem: I
I had thought I would wear a white dress and planned my color (white and wine) scheme around a white dress (i.e table, linens, chair covers, etc.) and have purchased many accessories in white (place cards, guest book, candles, ribbon, bows).
If my dress is ivory, does it matter? Or will everything look screwed up?
You opinions much needed
Thanks!

White and Off white match. So I don't think it would look terrible if you kept the accesories. But if you are uncomfortable with it maybe the items can be returned?

Re: Advice needed-dress dilemma
If you can't return anything, I would just keep on planning using the white and just wear your ivory dress.

Re: Advice needed-dress dilemma
Hey Hun. I honestly don't think it will look right. I am giving you my honest answer. I was almost in that type of problem I tried on this ivory dress that i LOVED but then i had to wear an ivory veil and it really made me look dirty. I then tried on a white veil and it did not look right. Now if it is a soft white or a diamond white then it is alright. But if you have already purchased things in white then try to stay in that scheme.
GOOD LUCK SWEETY
REMEMBER it is what you want it is your day!!!

Hmmm. Not sure about this one. Woould anyone really notice (except when you are sitting at the dais in ivory with white linens).Maybe ask on the Newlywed board to see if anyone did this (with pictures)?
