Vent about limo vendor

I called a limo company and wanted to get a quote ...I know exactly what I want so the woman puts me on hold and then comes back and says the bridal consultant takes care of this so she is in on Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday so I asked her if I should call back then or did she want to call me back...so she pauses and says well when she is here she is usually with a bride so she wont be able to call you
So she wanted me to make an appt..and I was like all I want is a quote and she was like well she wont have time to call you so I said well forget it then and I hung up.
Why would you do that??

Obviously you will take your business elsewhere. And I would call when you book someone and let them know that their bad service cost them!

HORRIBLE! How do companies like these stay in business?!
If you're still looking, give Thomas at Double Diamond a call. They're not popular here, but I've used them and they're awesome (and they're popular on theknot).

Companies that don't give me quotes don't get my business. Period.

That is very unprofessional of them! I would definitely look elsewhere! If you need anyway we booked American Luxury Limo, they are a vendor here.
