NWR- Finally went to the gym today

After many weeks of not being able to motivate myself to go back to the gym, I finally went this afternoon. Getting engaged was certainly an inspiration. Gotta have nice toned arms, you know!!

exactly! I have to get back on track! The funny thing is, I have lost 5lbs since I stopped going to the gym right around the holidays!

i've been trying to go 2 or 3 times a week. some nights i am just tooooo tired to go after work, and theres no way that i am going in the am. my motivation is the $40 the gym takes out of my bank acct every week.

I have been trying for the past 2 weeks now. started weight watchers and i have quite a bit to lose beforei even start looking at dresses...ive never had such great inspiration!

I started Weight Watchers last July and lost 27 lbs. so far. But the last 9 pounds are not coming off on diet alone. So I just joined the Discovery Health Channel National Body Challenge and got 8 free weeks at Ballys. Hopefully, that will do the trick. Now I just have to drag myself there.

I rejoined the gym right before Christmas knowing that I am getting married. SO I have to get good use out of my money! I also went to the gym today (just did cardio). I didn't go at all last week. I also am really tired when I come home (sometimes at 10:45 PM). I told my FH today that he has to help me create a schedule so that I can make it part of my daily routine. I also want to tone my arms!!

i have been going to the gym like 3 times a week and trying to make my fh go to. we like to motivate each other.
I am also trying to stick to the points too from weight watchers.
my body does not like it when i lose weight for some reason. ugh
