Do you tip Hair/makeup person?

Hi everyone,
I've gotten mixed answers from my friends, so I thought I'd turn to all of you for help. My hair and makeup guy owns his own shop and is coming to my house the day of the wedding. My h&mup cost $250, and my 3 bridesmaids, and MOB cost $150 and flowergirl costs $75. He's great at what he does...do I tip him for that day? if so, how much? Thanks for you help!

you will also get mixed answers on here.

Whenever anyone performs a service you are happy with, I believe they should be tipped.

My mother waitressed and cleaned houses my whole life, without tips from happy and generous customers, I would not be here today (okay, maybe an exaggeration, but she always taught me to tip well.)
