Hired a Wedding Day Planner/Coordinator

Ahhh thank goodness, stress has been relieved. I hired Rosalie from Expressions Wedding and Event Design, she is GREAT!!!! I have total confidence in her. She's warm, friendly and most of all knowledgable, thankgod!!! woosh - another thing off my list of to do's.!!!!

What exactly does Rosalie do? I've always been uncertain about what their exact duties are?

ok 2 weeks before she confirms with all vendors and triple confirms them, she also attends if you want your final meetings with all vendors, she is there for the RD and on the wedding day she is there with you as soon as you get up till sending you off after the reception- she manages EVERYTHING- you name she does it. makes sure vendors are on time, your guest needs are being met, timing for photographer in church and reception, goes over your must take photo list with photo, has bridal emergency kit and more!!- meaning she has a steamer too, will make sure any detail you have like bubbles programs at church to favors and polaroid guest book are done, basically everything she is your eyes and ears and takes care of all so you can relax she also handles the tips at the end of the night so your best man can party and not worry too. im forgeting stuff but thats what i remember right now, its just amazing and worth every penny!!

I am using her too. She is so awesome. She emails me every week asking how I am and if she can help with anything. She is my favorite vendor!!!

Great!! to see so many of us using her its so comforting, she is great, I cant wait and feel so at ease now. She has different packages, that range from 550.00 to 750.00 and up depending on your needs, hope this helps and BELIEVE me its WELL WORTH THE MONEY.

I went to the vendor board months ago and requested info on wedding planners or day of and about 10 vendors contacted me with prices and what they do etc. I was most impressed by Rosalies response, and then I went to a bridal expo and she was there. After meeting her in person and talking to her I got a really great vibe. This was back in sept. I forgot all about it, till just like 3 days ago that I have soooo many details for the reception and photographer I needed someone to make sure they got done- cannot depend on maitre D to do it I saw what happened at my sisters wedding at the fox hollow ( minor things but important no one worry ) and I cant be on top of the photographer or expect family members too as well. I want everyone to enjoy themselves instead of delegating - ok aunt you get the baskets in the church and ok cousin jane you make sure everyone is taking their photo and signing the guest book. stuff like that. Then she came to my house with FH there and we just clicked. She is great!!! and I see many brides using her too yippy!!!! and yes her prices are totally affordable. Im still doing things but she is my stress releiver, eyes and ears for the rest of the preparation and to make sure my hard spent projects get done correctly. ( setting up, display etc.)
