preschool teachers....websites for ideas?

I am SO loving my job right now.....I want to jump right in and get involved....

what websites are there for education based projects?

For instance, they are doing letter E next week and they do a project that involves that letter

(This week they made turtles for letter T using a graham cracker, blue icing for water, a Hershey's Swoop for the turtle shell, and mini marshmellows for the feet and head)
