When is the right time to start looking for Bridesmaids dresses and bridal dress? like a year in advance 9 months or more?

I started looking already and have picked out something. Let me show u mine. However, my mind might change. I say a good time is like 6-9 months before

I have picked out a few bridesmaids dresses my girls like but I don't think I should purchase them for a little while. Though the girls are all body types and I want to make sure they all feel comfortable

Well I am not like the rest, I already have my dress & BM dresses ordered...We did this in November 04...I found something that I really loved & decided to order it before they discontinued it! Our dresses will be in this March...Usually they take anywhere from 5-8 months to come in...The first one is my MOH dress & the other is the BM dress

Wow if they take that long then I should think about ordering them a least a year in advance for alterations and all.

I would say you are safe doing it the 1 year mark...I have heard of some bridal gowns taking up to a year, but I guess that is in extreme cases!

love the 2nd dress you picked. bill levkoff, right? i actually have that on a list of bm dresses that i like, in the same color too. great minds
