NWR: LA Weight Loss

Just wanted to give some info. I noticed that a lot of you ladies use weight watchers. I joined LA Weight Loss last March and lost 45lbs in 5 months... The program is very simple. No point counting. It is basically making sure you get in your 8 glasses of water and 5 food groups daily. So for those of you who need to loose weight healthy, dont like much exercise and can spend a little extra cash.....it is worth it. And if you watch the commercials...they are often having sales for like $5 a week instead of the standard $7.

Although over the holidays and between midterms and finals..i slacked off, I will be back on my regimen by February so I can fit into my dress!!!
