Watermill Brides--Questions About Menu

With my wedding approaching, I'm wondering when I'll get the packet in the mail telling me it's time to make the menu. When I called after Christmas, Bruce said I'd get something in a few weeks. Still nothing! Since I'm doing menu cards, I guess I'm getting antsy. Any brides who got married there who can help? I guess I'll just call again! Thanks!
