Giorgio's brides questions about invite wording?

I am working on the wording for our invitations and was wondering how everyone listed Giorgio's info on the invite. Did you say Giorgio's' , Baiting Hollow Ny? I know this sounds like a silly question but I just want to make sure!

We haven't done it yet, but will probably use Baiting Hollow. That is how it is listed on the direction cards and everything else. I think that sounds better than Calverton or Riverhead, for that matter.
