St. Lucia Sandals - Regency vs Grande???
We're not sure which to pick. I know all the differences between the two...but the Regency is quite a bit more 'affordable' and you can get a better room, etc. Is it worth the difference at the Grande?thanks!

We stayed at the Grande and love it! The only reason that I would say the Grande over the Regency is that at the Regency you have to take shuttle buses everywhere you want to go. At the Grande everything was right there.I also think that the Grande is much more elegant that the Regency - but this is just my opinion - hopefully some other girls will have more to say.

I preferred the grande. The regency is up on a cliffside and very spread out. Everything felt like such a long walk and the beach felt a little choppy. I think it is the more expensive out of the two. I loved staying at the grande. We took the shuttle buses to the Regency for some restaurants. They are both gorgeous hotels though.

I didn't see the Regency, but stayed at the Grande and we absolutely loved it! Loved everything about it, bars, beach, restuarants.Wish I could be there.

I personally haven't been to either. But from the people I spoke with, the Grande charges you a lot more than Regency for basically the same things. I mean, the rooms are nicer and location is a little more convenient, but when it comes to penny's I'd go with the Regency.Welcome New Vendors
