I've read it, my mom loves it...if you keep it up im certain it will work, i unfortunately do not have that type of motivation...atleast not yet lol

I have done it and Loved it. It definitely works if you keep to the program and it's not as bad as it sounds. Since you eat every 3 hours, your never hungry. It's just fitting in the workouts. If you do it in the morning its best because it's done.

I actually need to do another 12 week program to get ready for the big day.

It's a 12 week program that you eat 6 times a day and work out for 6 days, 3 cardio and 3 weights. The 7th day you eat what you want and don't work out. I found it to be a great way to 'diet'.

awesome program - but requires you really be attentive and on top of your lifestyle and 'program.'
