Our bid was just accepted on another house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am beyond excited!!!!! It is so much better then the other house. When people say something better will come along it will!!

It was so nerve wracking because we were bidding against other people but we came up higher in the end

I just had to share it with someone

I was just thinking about you last night and wondering how the house hunting was going.

Thanks! We looked at about 12 houses this weekend and this was the last one, yesterday. We went on another open house. This house is an exclusive listing. The open house was packed!! As soon as we opened the front door we both said 'wow'.
Brand new roof, windows, oak floors, paint (they have beautiful taste), the kitchen is perfect!!!! There are french doors going outside to the large backyard (for nassau anyway). Great landscaping. I could go on and on
